Crystal Palace (1861)

Founded in 1861, Crystal Palace (1861) was one of the pioneering clubs of association football and a founding member of the Football Association. Based at the Crystal Palace in south London, the club reached the latter stages of the FA Cup on several occasions and played an important role in the development of the game during its formative years.
